We know that you do not have the time to read all of the content so we have written them in abbreviated form for you. If you wish to read in further detail, please see below.

  1. We take responsibility for the quality of all our products purchased online for a full year. If you want to return the product in order to make a change (i.e., change of cover or engraving), we bear no responsibility.
  2. Free deliver on orders over 500$. We deliver your orders within 14 working days.  For urgent orders we can do an express delivery.
  3. Our site is secure for payments. The purchaser must make payment in order for us to complete the order.

Our Policy (By-Laws)

Introduction

  1. The store serves as an electronic shopping mall for purchasing products and services by browsing the internet in Israel and abroad including regular sales, auctions and group sales.
  2. A prerequisite for all purchases is validation from the credit card company.
  3. The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to all. The contract is between you and the store for all intents and purposes.
  4. Please read the terms and conditions in full as a prerequisite to the communications between the parties.
  5. Browsing and/or purchasing products and/or services offered for sale constitutes your agreement to accept by the provisions of the regulation. Therefore, if you do not agree to the terms, you are requested not to shop here.
  6. It is explicitly prohibited for any employee or suppliers to participate in auctions, directly or indirectly.

Sales – General

  1. The store allows you to easily and quickly purchase products and services at attractive prices. Our products are from the best manufacturers, importers, retailers and resellers in Israel.
  2. Shop owners, businesses and factories (hereinafter “supplier”) offer products and services for sale at a variety of options.

Products Offered

  1. Any product or service offered for sale on the sales pages, includes the name of the shop or supplier where the product or service is offered for sale, price list for the product or service offered for sale as provided to vendor and the sale price (hereinafter “sales page”).
  2. Complete details per product can be seen by clicking on the product line in the sales pages, as it will appear in the store.

Store Sales Methods

Regular

A regular sale is available to a limited amount of products at a fixed price.

The sale will take place in conditions as follows:

  1. The store displays a list of products including all the details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as determined in advance, the sale is while stocks last.
  2. In a regular sale each participant must select and submit credit card information to the store itself or by calling the store at the phone number published.
  3. The completion of the sale is subject to approval and verification of the deal via phone or email of the participant within 24 hours of the order and that the requested product exists in the store inventory when you complete the procedure.

How to participate in sales

  1. After completing the registration process each participant chooses a user name and password. After selecting a username and password, you must enter basic details as they appear on your registration such as: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number etc.
  2. These details are a prerequisite before making any sales. After submission of the information you are a member and use these details for ordering quickly, efficiently and without any glitches. Be sure to submit your details accurately.
  3. Immediately after submitting your details, the store does a credit card check and authorization. Credit card companies send an appropriate message to the client stating that it has been approved.
  4. Immediately after confirmation of credit, the sale will be entered onto the website where you will be able to see the details within 24 hours.
  5. All charges for the product or services ordered will be paid via the credit card according to the approval of the credit card company.
  6. The information as entered on the website is evidence of the business deal.
  7. Submitting false information is a criminal and civil offense and will be acted upon with criminal proceedings.

 

  1. In the event the credit company does not approve, you will be notified by telephone by our customer service department. If the credit is approved, the days of delivery are counted from the day of the approval. If there is no response from the credit card company within 7 days of the transaction, it will be considered cancelled
  2. Store owners, business and factories (hereinafter “suppliers) will display details of the product, service warranty, delivery time, etc.
  3. For additional information and inquiries, please contact directly to the suppliers on the phone or via email as they appear in the site.

Auctions

  1. The auction method is to sell products at the maximum quantity as determined by the supplier to the highest bidder.

The auctions will be shown at the sale price (hereinafter the minimum price). You can raise the amount of the bid above the minimum (hereinafter bid amount allowed) and the number of units offered for sale for any product.

  1. The allowable quantity may change during the sale at the discretion of the owner.
  2. Each participant may offer a quote for a single unit of a product or service provided that the quote is that of the minimum price or higher as shown at the sale.
  3. Other participants will be able to see the bids of other participants in real time and can raise the amounts of the bid.
  4. The addition will be in multiples as permitted in the amount as stated on the page.
  5. It should be noted that you cannot offer quotes below the minimum price or not in accordance with the permissible multiples.
  6. There may be several offerings offered and they are identified at an earlier date before the auction.
  7. The number of units of the same product or service, may offer the same price to the highest bidder according to the units offered for sale at a higher price in accordance with the allowable amount.

Group Policy

Group sales are fixed and final. The number of items offered will be determined by the amount available and will be handled immediately.

Cancellations

  1. According to store policy orders cannot be cancelled or changed during the sale or before the final date of the sale.
  2. The client may cancel the deal subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the consumer protection law, 1981 (hereinafter: the Statute)
  3. You can cancel the sale within 14 days of receipt of the order. Cancellation can be made by a written message by fax or e-mail send directly to the store.
  4. In the event of cancellation the customer may be charged 5% of the order, but not more than 100 NIS according to the law.
  5. The obligation to return the product is by the customer. The customer will return the product in its original box , in full and without any damage or defect of any kind.
  6. It is agreed between the parties that the customer will be charged in full for shipping even if you have not yet received the property, but the property has already been sent.
  7. It is not possible to return products that were dismantled and assembled unless the provider has given his consent in advance.
  8. The store may cancel the deal or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:

8.1 Wrong product description or price given.

8.2 If there was a technical problem in using the website correctly.

8.3 In case of force, an act of war, hostilities, terrorism,  and other circumstances which prevents  the sales to resume.

8.4 If the product is unavailable on the site.

 

Delivery time and delivery method - delivery depends on the location of delivery, Bratz delivery up to 14 working days, overseas delivery is 23 working days

We have privacy protection - the policy of transferring information to a third party is that we do not provide customer information to a third party

Warranty - We have full warranty on all products.

  1. Notice of cancellation will be given to the customer either by phone or by e-mail (to the address on the page).
  2. Notice of a product that is out of stock will be given to the customer with an offer of an alternative or the customer can elect to cancel the order. The change of order or the cancellation will be delivered by phone or by e-mail.

The store and/or supplier will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage caused to the customer and/or to a third party, including damages to refund for the purchase of the product higher than the third party.

Supply of Products

  1. The store will deliver the product or service purchased on site to the address typed on the order unless otherwise specified.
  2. The vendors will deliver the product in accordance with the provisions shown on the order and subject to full payment via credit car.

The store will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to the following reasons:
2.1 War, hostilities and natural causes and emergency situations.

2.2 A strike among suppliers of services or goods needed to produce the products  or transport.
2.3 Reasons beyond our control.

  1. In areas with limited entrance, the store or the supplier may deliver the product to other customers previously agreed with by the customer.
  2. Deliver will take place on business days and do not include Friday or Shabbat or holidays or the day before a holiday.

Shipping

  1. Shipping to be paid by the client separately at the time of delivery or ath the time of payment for the product.
  2. Payments made in installments, the shipping must be paid with the first installment.
  3. The customer may pick up the product at the store with arrangements made in advance.
  4. In the case where the customer picks up the product, the shipping charge is waived.

  1. Any question or inquiry about products displayed on the site, including with regard to the technical specifications of the product, information on the operational responsibility and stabilization of the product can be made by contacting representatives from various suppliers.

Information Security (Privacy)

  1. The store does everything possible to secure private information. Using SSL technology.
  2. All credit card numbers received on the site are encrypted. In cases that are not under our control, the store is not responsible for direct or indirect damages if this information is lost.
  3. The shop does not use this information for any other purposes. It is only used to complete the purchase.

General

  1. The store reserves the right to change the rules of the tender at its own discretion. The store will not change any rules during the process of a purchase.
  2. The pictures displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only, and are not obligated by the store to be exact.
  3. Suppliers appearing on the site are not owned by this store. The suppliers have the sole responsibility for their products unless otherwise specified. This applies to direct purchases and auctions. All information regarding the product is the responsibility of the supplier.
  4. The shop is responsible for the content published on the existing site and links to other sites can be accessed through the same link. However the store does not guarantee that the link will connect the user to an active website.
  5. The store will not be held responsible nor bear any direct responsibility for damages be they direct, indirect incurred by the user or a third party from the use of or purchase from the site, whether it be a direct purchase or by auction, as according to these by-laws, regardless of the substance of the claim, that will incur income loss or profit. As such, the store reserves the right to cancel any purchase and will be done in writing.
  6. The store will not be responsible for the construction and/or installation of products purchased on the website. This is the sole responsibility of the customer at his own expense.
  7. The client will be responsible exclusively for maintenance and service required for the product that was purchased through the site unless otherwise specified.
  8. Icons displayed and all information appearing on the site, including graphics, design, presentation, trademarks, logos, etc., are owned exclusively by the store and can be used only on its behalf.
  9. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use any content appearing on the site, unless consent is given in writing and in advance by the store.
  10. The computer records of the transactions carried out through the site will constitute evidence of willingness of the transaction.
  11. Any error in the description of the products is not the responsibility of the store.

Reliability

  1. The store is fully aware of the sensitivity of purchases made on the site and therefore manage the site in a carefully controlled manner including caution and skill.
  2. It is explicitly prohibited anyone from the store from taking part in tenders. Employees and suppliers must sign a document that explicitly prohibits them to make purchases within the site.
  3. There is a complete record of each sale made on site including all the proposals received and the winning proposals.
